Sapna Nath Greer
MSc (OHS) and PGrad Dip in Psychology
I started my career in underground mining. What followed was twenty years in the environments where safety failures have irreversible consequences.
Underground and open-cut mining. High-rise and civil construction. Rail corridors. Oil and gas facilities. Utilities networks. Aged care. In Australia and in Canada. These are not forgiving places. They demand precision, rigour, and systems that hold under real pressure.
I have led complex WHS programs for large organisations, navigated multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments, built safety management systems from the ground up, facilitated investigations when things went catastrophically wrong, and stood in front of boards and executive teams to deliver findings they didn't want to hear but needed to act on.
In every role, I found the same gap: organisations investing heavily in safety documentation while the things that actually prevented fatalities critical control verification, genuine psychosocial risk management, rigorous investigation, were either underdeveloped or missing entirely.
I started Keira Risk Safety Solutions to close that gap. Not with more paperwork, instead with the senior expertise that high-consequence industries need applied directly, personally, and without compromise.
